Running Update

This week did not end how I wanted it to, but here we go:

Mon: weights
Tues: 4.56 miles
Wed: 4 miles
Thurs: 4.6 miles
Fri: rest
Sat: sick
Sun: sick
Total: 13.1 :(

Friday I felt kind of off -- by Saturday morning I was officially sick. I was supposed to run 10 miles this weekend and now my training is completely thrown off. I'm not sure how I should stagger the remaining few weeks before the race. But for now... concentrating on getting better.
