This week was rough. I ran Mon-Wed but by that point my foot was really bothering me. I took three days off to rest my foot and was able to run my 8 miles today. We went to a local wildlife sanctuary and I ran around in circles while C photographed birds. The flat, dirt trails made the run a bit easier on my foot.

Su: 8 mi
Total: 20.5
Next week will be interesting because of our schedule. I'm supposed to do 10 miles next weekend but may stay at 8 one more week if I only run a couple times during the week.
